Origin :- Lamb born, bred, fattened, and slaughtered in France, identified in accordance with the decree clauses of 30/0597 concerning affixing of an official marker onto each animal.
Conformation :- Animals of U-R-O conformation.
Breed :- The majority of the livestock is born into the breeds of Causse and Lot.
Feeding :- The Local Lamb is fed and bred in a traditional way on the basis of milk. The complementary feed consists of cereals and products of a positive list of vegetable food.
